Basically, this deck abuses Cloudian - Turbulence 's effect to special summon smoke ball and Fishborg blaster to tune into TG- Hyper Librarian and a Formula synchron for drawing.

The deck still needs tuning here and there, but in my opinion its very fun to play with and is capable of making some interesting plays.

#1 Normal summon Turbulence>Special summon smoke ball, revive fishborg with its own effect, tune turbulence into Hyper librarian and smoke ball into formula synchron, which can synchro again into arcanite and destroy 2 cards.

#2 Normal summon Turbulence>Special summon smoke ball, tribute smoke ball for fog control and put 3 counters on turbulence> Special summon 3 smoke balls and using fishborg blaster to tune into Hyper librarian and 3 formula synchron = Drawing goodness.

#3 Special summon Storm Dragon> Normal summon Turbulence (Turbulence effect should give him 2 counters now as there are 2 cloudians on the field), Use storm dragon's effect to give turbulence another counter, special summon 2-3 smoke balls, and use fishborg blaster to tune both storm dragon and turbulence to hyper librarians and the smoke balls to formula synchrons. End field result will be 2 Hyper librarians and 2 formula synchrons (supposed to be able to form 3 formula synchrons, but because field limit is 5 so...) and a capacity to synchro 2 level 7 monsters, drawing another 1 card in the process of summoning 1.

#4 Storm dragon + Turbulence + Fishborg = Trishula :D

#5 Should have some more, but the above ones are the combos that are often pulled off, some of the others are highly situational.
