Cielo de Oro is another version of Golden Cloud made by my friend Newbie00
which he entrust to me before he left indo..
the main trick is all the same... still focused on Tech Genus Hyper Librarian

it's all like Turbulance Special Summon Smoke Ball then use Fog Control For Multiply the Fog Counter then discard card from your hand to Special Summon Fishborg Blaster then Massive Synchro or i suppose to say self touching with your synchro Pile until u form many-many synchros...(for this part i didn't joke)..
