effect veilers in the main turns out to be great against most of my matchup, blackwings, plant synchro, quickdandy, and sabers , machinas

i use chaos traphole in side for mainly blackwings, lightsworns , absolute zero, which this card does the job well as i only main 1 solemn warning
2 dust because i dont run decree in my anti-meta(lol)
